We do require appointments to be reserved to be guaranteed a service. You are welcome to stop in and ask if there are last minute openings and we'll be happy to accommodate you if there are!
It is strongly recommended that you come in with clean hair for any color/highlighting service. if you are unable to, we can do a clarifying treatment in the salon if it is needed. clean hair ensures that the color is able to enter the hair's cuticle and absorb evenly.
For appointments with jeffrey and Priscilla , you will select the appointment that you would like to request, and that appointment time is reserved for your service automatically unless they need to make changes on their end for which you will receive a notification from the Booksy app. 24 hours before your scheduled service, A final confirmation text is sent out to your phone number or email that you have registered on the Booksy app.
Your appointment is considered confirmed and reserved unless any changes are made either by the service provider or the guest. The “unconfirmed “ status in booksy refers to an appointment that has been scheduled and reserved, but is awaiting any changes that need to be made on behalf of the service provider. If no changes are made then you may consider your appointment reserved and you can arrive to your appointment a few minutes before to get checked in.
yes! we do have limited space so we do ask that you bring appropriate materials and entertainment to occupy them while they hang out.
